our story

They say "right person, right time" is everything. But for us, it was more like "always near, but now finally here." All it took was two cities, two families, and fifteen years for us to finally take the hint! Even though we spent years being next door neighbors in Perth with families who were already close friends, somehow our paths rarely crossed.

Bavithra moved to Melbourne to study in 2018. Five years later, Sarthak followed for work, for a “probably a 12 month stint max”. From exploring Melbourne’s coffee culture to bonding over Indian classical arts and music, we had truely found each other. What began as a friendship quickly grew into a lifelong promise.

We are so excited to make it official in the city where our story truly began. Having you, our closest friends and family here to witness this next chapter means the world to us. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
